HOW QUICKLY WILL WE SEND YOUR ORDER?

Your items usually be dispatched within 3-4 working days*

*Please note that if you have chosen handmade items or if it is a busy times of year (eg. Christmas) it may take up to week for your order to be sent out.

OVERSEAS- WORLDWIDE
We regularly send parcels all over the world. It’s very easy to order online - simply select your location in the menu at checkout and choose your delivery option.

EUROPE - We are so sorry but delivery to EU is currently suspended - this is due to the new Packaging policy (EPR) introduced by all EU countries on 12Th August 2026. 

USA - New tariffs imposed by US customs apply - happily our store now operates a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service offering customers a total upfront price and a seamless experience by collecting duties at checkout. This is to ensure a hassle-free international buying experience and no unexpected costs on delivery.  Delivery usually takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks from dispatch date but allow extra time during busy seasons.
